April 2010
It’d be cool to donate blood, but I don’t think I’m willing to miss class for it. >.>
My mom was home today, so I didn’t have to walk through the freezing afternoon wind. :]
She asked me about my shoes, because she wants to buy running shoes for some reason. Her birthday’s coming up, so I think my aunt’s going to try to find her a pair. I should draw her something. She’s wanted an orchid drawing for the longest time, but I’ve never drawn one for her… I’d tote my pastels home, but the colors are so limited. D:
Have much to do tonight: APUSH vocab & practice test, free response, volume worksheet, study for Japanese quiz and APUSH essay.
Apparently, we’re going to Las Vegas right after school ends in June. :\ Not excited. There’s really nothing there for kids, except maybe Circus Circus and the hotel swimming pool. And it’s hot. -_-
I think we’re still going to New York, but that’s in July.
My mom seems to have already hired another nanny. o_o How did she find one so fast?

First book of the Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer. :D
Apparently there’s going to be a movie!
March 2010
Apparently, our part-time nanny is quitting, and tomorrow is her last day. I don’t understand why she can’t just finish the week before leaving us. -_-
Even if Thursday was a minimum day for me, I wouldn’t make it home before my brother & sister do. And the earliest my mom can get home is like 4:00.
Went to Jamba Juice after school today. There was this one couple who came in with their little toddler, who had a kind-of mohawk! It wasn’t gelled up or anything, but the sides of his head were shaved, leaving this strip of long hair in the middle. It looked good too, haha. He was so cute! xD
- Me: dude, your graph thing today totally looked like a heart
- Ajay: cuz I put my heart in it
- Ajay: but everybody laughed at it, and rejected it T~T
- Ajay: no love for ajay T~T
Calculus was depressing today. u.u
Tutoring was interesting though. Kevin Tran who goes to SJSU came to visit (I don’t know him, but I’m sure I’ve seen his face before). We talked about college and classes and funny Billy Kwong stories. xD
Everyone seems to have changed their goals. She doesn’t want to become a lawyer anymore? We’re going to change our minds with the more classes we take? I can’t imagine what I’d change my mind to..

At FANTASTICS :]
In Chinese class today, we learned how to say “I love you” in that northern Chinese dialect (Shanghainese?). It sounds like “wei-no.” The girl in the S.H.E MV for 我愛你 says it at the end, and our teacher actually looked up the video to show us. All because I asked what 江浙調 means.

I took a picture of the photo. I have the same nose, the same downward pull at the corners of my mouth.
Why did they change the part in my hair?? :\
翻著照片,開始哭
Just got back from Dani’s birthday thing.
We went bowling at 300. Played about 3 games. Then we walked to Round Table. Too much oily food. x_x Played games (and lost a lot of them) like と言ったら in English (because Viet was the only one who wasn’t taking Japanese). After we were full of pizza and cake (and buffalo wings, in Danielle’s case), we headed to Oakridge across the street. Bought our tickets for the How to Train Your Dragon 3D. Then we walked around the mall for a bit. I wanted those shirts from Old Navy, and I was looking at their bags, too.
Anyway, the movie was great. :D I was surprised to find that Jay Baruchel voices Hiccup (the main character). He was in Tropic Thunder, which I just watched yesterday. He’s also going to be in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice with Nicolas Cage. :o
We went to Borders afterwards.. I bought a set of flash cards for APUSH and saved about $8 when I finally decided to get a Borders Rewards card. xP
My eye hurts, and now I’m hella scared that something’s wrong. Dani said that if you overlap two of those 3D glasses, it looks blue & red,en so I did that, looking up at the light in the theater. If it’s not that, then it’s the chemicals in water that got into my eye this morning while I was watering flowers. >.o
@Vega:
He’s Sakamoto Shougo. :]
He played Echizen in a couple of the Prince of Tennis musicals.
