- Rapunzel: I've been looking out of a window for eighteen years, dreaming about what I might feel like when those lights rise in the sky. What if it's not everything I dreamed it would be?
- Flynn: It will be.
- Rapunzel: And what if it is? What do I do then?
- Flynn: Well, that's the good part I guess. You get to go find a new dream.

It seems I can’t reblog myself properly. Posting to my other blog was the only option it gave me, so I’ll repost this. :\

I went to get lotto tickets today for the first time as a favor for my sister. Today was a mega million draw, and she and my whole family are really into it. And apparently, more than a few people who go to our local grocery store are faithful to California’s lottery institution. Anyway, I was totally oblivious to the whole process, but managed to get ten quick pick draws. My sister said it was a 1 in 165 million chance to win. And I responded, “May the Odds Be Ever In Your Favor.”
Everyone was buying lotto tickets today. I didn’t really know why. The barber told me I should go buy one, but I don’t really understand how it works, so… I didn’t.

This morning I realized that I’ve had my alarm clock set in the wrong half of the day. The alarm was for 7:30 am, but my clock was 7:30 pm. -_- No wonder it didn’t go off the other day. It’s a good thing I turned on my phone alarm as a precaution.
Patrick, Miharu, and I left a little later than planned, but we still got to Six Flags around 10:30, which is when it opened. Went on a lot of intense roller coasters! To me, X2 was the scariest, and I refused to get on it a second time. We left a couple of minutes before the park closed.
Decided to go to Half & Half! :D I ordered an almond milk tea with honey boba. We sat in the car for a while trying to decide where to eat. Drove around and in the end decided on Chinese food at Boston Cafe. I came across “X.O. sauce” for the first time tonight. I’d never heard of it before.
While driving around looking at the options, we passed by a bookstore, so I wanted to go back and check it out. We couldn’t find it even though there was a big sign with 書店 on it. :\ So we went to check out the nearby store called Hello Goodie. It basically carried Chinese, Japanese, and Korean DVDs/CDs/goods. They had really new releases too, like the You Are the Apple of My Eye DVD and Big Bang and SHINee’s new albums. It was a pretty exciting find. I’d have been happier if I’d been able to find OOR’s albums, R.Chord’s newest album, or the You Are the Apple of My Eye novel.
